The Seahawks started the season with a bang as both the boys and girls teams won their opening meets. Joshua and Justin Vagts led the South River boys as Joshua won the 200-yard freestyle and the 200 individual medley, and Justin took first in the 100 butterfly and the 500 freestyle. Briana Griffin of South River led the girls with first-place finishes in the 200 individual medley and the 100 breast stroke.
