South River traveled to Fallston, MD to face the Huskies of Patterson Mill High School.  The Seahawks pressured the Huskie defense immediately and got on the board at the sixteen minute mark when Calen Norton dropped a pass inside the goal box to Rachel Barge who shot past the keeper for a 1-0 lead.  South River pushed the lead to 2-0 just before halftime when Jordan Bailey crossed a hard pass into the box which Cameryn Dawson tipped into the goal past the Huskie keeper.  In the second half the Patterson Mill keeper made several good saves to keep the score at 2-0 until the final minute of the game.  Makenzie Cooke passed a long diagonal ball into the box and Natalie Pratta fired the pass under the diving Patterson Mill keeper for a 3-0 South River final. The Seahawks defense held the Huskies without a shot against the South River keepers Sam Smith and Maddie Dubois.
