South River welcomed the Knights of North County High School to Edgewater. The Seahawks exhibited their skills over the Knights from the opening whistle. Alex Hagen scored in the opening minute off a rebound from the keeper of an Alyssa Cowens shot. Two minutes later, Cowens scored off another rebound off the keeper for a 2-0 Seahawks lead. Parry Wilson scored two consecutive goals when she scored unassisted at the 11 minute mark and followed with her second goal off a corner kick from Anna Ballard at the 18 minute mark. Natalie Boyd pushed the lead to 5-0 when she took a pass from Hagen and shot past the keeper. Hagen scored her second goal of the game unassisted three minutes later for a 6-0 South River lead. Kelsey Racette then scored off an assist from Hagen at the 27 minute mark. Natalie Boyd finished the first half scoring two minutes later when she was assisted by Sammie Colletti for an 8-0 halftime lead. The Seahawks continued their domination in the second half when Adriana Parker scored three minutes into the half from an assist by Maddie Kunst. Laney Owenby fired a shot that was blocked by the keeper and rebounded to Kambria Smith who fired past the keeper for a 10-0 lead. Gabby Holbert increased the lead when she curved a corner kick into the goal at the 45 minute mark. Natalie Pratta scored unassisted and Sammie Colletti scored off another Owenby shot that bounced off the keeper directly to Pratta. The Seahawks completed their highest scoring of the season when Megan Yoder scored off another corner kick from Anna Ballard four minutes before the final whistle. South River won 14-0 and did not allow a shot on goal from the Knights.
