South River welcomed the Mustangs of Meade High School.  Although South River attacked the Mustangs goal often in the first ten minutes, the Seahawks were held scoreless due to fine play from the Meade keeper.  South River then exploded for four goals in a three minute span.  Alex Hagen scored off an assist from Kelsey Racette, Sammie Colletti scored unassisted, Hagen scored her second goal from an assist by Bella Cerza and then Colletti scored her second unassisted goal for a 4-0 Seahawk lead.  Five minutes later, Anna Ballard scored unassisted for a 5-0 lead.  Gabby Holbert scored at the 25 minute mark off an assist from Alyssa Cowens to push the lead to 6-0.  The first half belonged to Hagen scoring her third goal of the game assisted by Holbert and then scored unassisted at the 34 minute mark for her fourth goal of the first half and an 8-0 South River lead.  The Seahawks continued their pressure on the keeper in the second half and Kelsey Racette sent the South River lead to 9-0 assisted by Riley Rinehart five minutes in the half.  The Seahawks pushed the lead to 10-0 when Rinehart scored off an assist by Mary Giaimo at the 43 minute mark.  The Mustangs held the Seahawks scoreless for the final 27 minutes of the game and South River notched their ninth win of the season with the 10-0 final.  South River's defense held the Mustangs without a shot on goal while recording seventeen of their own.
