The Seahawks traveled to Pasadena to face the Eagles of Northeast High School.  South River dominated play throughout the first half but were unable to get on the board until the 28 minute mark.  Adriana Parker crossed a pass into the box which was taken by Gabby Holbert who shot past the Eagles keeper for a 1-0 Seahawks lead.  The Northeast defense kept South River from adding to the score and the Seahawks settled for a 1-0 halftime lead.  South River continued their strong play in the second half and Riley Reinhart pushed the lead to 2-0 when she scored unassisted at the 41 minute mark.  Alex Hagen put the game out of reach when she scored unassisted at the 58 minute point for a 3-0 Seahawks lead.  South River had several opportunities to add to the lead in the final minutes of the game but the Eagles defense held them scoreless for the final score of 3-0.  The Seahawks back line of Kambria Smith, Taylor McLean, Riley Reinhart, Kayla Hannon and Laney Owenby did not allow a shot on goal by the Eagles.  South River managed twelve corner kicks to zero for the Eagles in a well-earned Seahawks win.
