The Seahawks traveled to Severna Park to face the Falcons of Severna Park High School.  The first twenty five minutes of the match was a back and force scoreless affair due to fine goalkeeping of South River keeper, Brooke Scott.  Severna Park got on the board when a long shot tipped off the fingers of Maddie DuBois in the goal.  The Seahawks tied up the Falcons when Bella Cerza was taken down in the box from behind and were awarded a penalty kick.  Natalie Boyd fired low past the outstretched hands of the Severna Park keeper.  The Falcons wasted little time in scoring one minute later for a 2-1 lead which they took into halftime.  The second half was a back and forth affair with Severna Park holding the Seahawks to only three shots in the half.  Severna Park put the game out of reach when they took a corner kick in the final minute which was headed out of the box by Riley Reinhart only to find an open Falcons player at the top of the box who shot to the upper left corner of the goal for a 3-1 Severna Park victory.
