South River traveled to Pasadena, MD to face the Eagles of Northeast High School.  The Seahawks jumped to an early 1-0 lead when Marisa Falsone headed in a goal off a corner kick from Lisette Carneiro four minutes into the game.  The lead extended to 2-0 three minutes later when Sophia Michalsky-Cooper scored unassisted with a hard shot under the outstretched hands of the Eagles keeper.  Makenzie Shields added the Seahawks third goal at the thirteen minute mark off an assist from Caitlyn "Bam-Bam" Gibson.  Two minutes later, Rylee "Pebbles" Kelly assisted Danielle Jensen to extend the lead to 4-0.  Grace Casper finished the first half scoring off a hard cross from the end-line by Michalsky-Cooper to push the lead to 5-0.  South River continued their dominance in the second half when Carneiro scored unassisted for her ninth goal in the past eight games.  Midway through the second half, Falsone scored her second goal of the game off an assist from Makenzie Shields.  The final score of 8-0 was reached when Lindsey Mulcahy had a long throw-in over the Eagles defense and Jensen ran onto the ball and pushed a hard shot past the keeper for her second score of the game.  The Seahawks defense of Molly Youmans, Madison Baratta, Kaley Feldhausen, Zoe Racette, Morgan McLean and Kayla Bobick did not allow a shot on goal by the Northeast front line.  Goalkeepers Jordan Vincent and Mia Sumera recorded the fifth consecutive shutout for the Seahawks.
