The Glen Burnie Gophers came to South River to face the Seahawks.  The Gopher defense was tested early with several shots on goal in the opening minutes.  Grace Casper broke open the scoring seven minutes into the half off an assist from Sophia Michalsky-Cooper.  Six minutes later, Michalsky-Cooper got her second assist to Marisa Falsone for a 2-0 lead.  The Glen Burnie goalkeeper made several saves until the Seahawks scored four goals in a twelve minute span.  Caitlyn "Bam-Bam" Gibson scored unassisted and Michalsky-Cooper hit a hard shot of her own off an assist from Zoe Racette.  Falsone scored her second goal off Michalsky-Cooper's third assist and Tess Casper closed out the first half with a goal assisted by Makenzie Shields for a 6-0 lead.  Glen Burnie was able to hold the Seahawks scoreless for the first fourteen minutes of the second half before Caroline Calmon scored unassisted for a 7-0 lead.  Shields scored two goals in two minutes, one off an assist from Charlotte "Cha-Cha" Chamberlin.  Grace Casper assisted Morgan McLean to widen the lead and one minute later, Casper scored an unassisted goal of her own.  The Seahawks scoring array ended with Evelyn Stevens scoring off an assist from Megan Sebold for a final score of 12-0.  The South River defense held the Gophers without a shot on goal and and helped the Seahawks to their sixth shutout of the season.
