With the match still in doubt, sophomores Josh Lobo and Tyler Flemming gutted out a hard fought three set victory over their Southern counterparts on Wednesday.  Lobo and Flemming came through 6-7, 6-4, 6-2.  The win propelled South River to a 6-3 over the Bulldogs.

Sophomore Xiaosong Shang still has yet to drop a game in any match, as she double bageled yet another opponent.  Senior Ryan Flemming won a tough first set 6-4 in boys' number one singles, then lost 0-6 in the second before a complete third set 6-0 turn around.

Adam Russell contributed another win at number two boys' singles while Hannah Parks and Katie Simmons continued their tear at number two girls' doubles.  The mixed doubles team of Liz Simmons and Sean Miller rounded out the Seahawk victory.

South River improved to 4-0 on the season with the win, and 3-0 in county play.  The 'Hawks host Meade on Friday at 3:30 p.m.
