The Seahawks overcame an early deficit to win their first game of the year, defeating Northeast 12 to 6. Sophomore Nicole McFee threw all 7 innings striking out five. Freshman Kaylin Edwards went 4 for 5 with a double, scoring 3 runs and driving in 2. Freshman Niki Anastasis also went 4 for 5 with a double and scored 2 runs and drove in 2 runs. Freshman Emily Graffam went 3 for 4 and drove in two runs. Freshmen Erica Partner and Abigail Rose also collected two hits a piece, scored a run and drove in a run. Nice job Seahawks.
