The JV Seahawks fought hard in a 11 to 7 loss to the Mustangs. In the first three innings the Seahawks played some of the best defense this year holding the Mustangs scoreless. At the plate, freshman Jill Buck led the Seahawks scoring three runs while batting 4 for 5. Brie Long went 3 for 4 scoring one run and driving in one as well. Melanie Long scored a run going 2 for 4. Pitcher Brandi Dohm went 2 for 4 and scored a run. Rachel Noyes went 3 for 4 from the plate scoring one run and driving in one as well.
