The Seahawks fought hard against Severna Park Wednesday during the last home game for the year. Holding back emotions from Senior night, the Hawks fought back to make the game a one run game after five innings but eventually fell 7 to 4. Morgan O'Brien pitched a great game even though she recorded a loss. Offensively Jordan Sganga and Taylor Smith led the charge. Both had two hits, a single and a double, scored a run, and drove in a run. Emily Bucknall drove in a run in the fifth inning. Emily Baker had a sacrifice in the third to eventually move a run across and scored a run in the sixth. The coaches would like to thank the following Seniors for sacrificing so much time and effort during their high school careers and wish them all luck as they continue with their educations.
