The Seahawks fought hard in a close road game to rival Southern. Jordan Sganga drove in two runs in the last inning to push the Hawks ahead and hold on to win 10 to 8, Taylor Smith reached base all five times she batted, scoring two runs and driving in another. Sganga drove in a total of three runs on two hits and scored twice. Both Emily Baker and Gillian Krautman scored once and drove in a run. Morgan O'Brien collected her eighth win of the season and struck out seven. The Seahawks look towards Severna Park on Wednesday as they celebrate Senior Night.
