The Seahawks travelled to Howard County and fell to Mt. Hebron, 13 to 5. After giving up 12 runs in the first two innings, the Seahawks fought hard to climb back. Senior Melanie Long went 2 for 4 and drove in two runs. Senior Emily Baker drove in a run. Junior Christi Ducharme drove in a run. Sophomore Taylor Smith drove in a run. Sophomore Nicole McFee, who had just been called up, pitched the final three innings and only gave up one run. The Seahawks travel to Severna Park next.
