ARUNDEL HIGH SCHOOL: 11
The Seahawks opened their season against rival Arundel falling 11 to 5. After 5 innings the Seahawks were down 3 to 1. Errors and a few timely hits allowed Arundel to score 4 runs in the sixth and seventh. The Seahawk bats were silent most of the game but they did manage to awaken to score 4 runs in the seventh. Senior Tori Barger pitched the first six innings for the loss. She led the way offensively with a double and 2 runs batted in. Christina Robey went 3 for 3 with an rbi as well.
