NORTH COUNTY HIGH SCHOOL: 4
The Seahawks started their stretch of away games with a tough loss to North County in extra innings. They fell 4 to 3 in the bottom of the eighth. The Seahawks managed three runs on only three hits thanks to three walks and some great baserunning. Still in the end the patience at the plate and stolen bases just were not enough. Taylor Smith reached 3 out of 4 times and Olivia Laurenzano was 2 for 3. Morgan O'Brien threw all eight innings only giving up seven hits and striking out 3.
