The Seahawks played a good hitting Falcons team. South River started slowly leaving six runners on base. The Hawks finally added runs to the scoreboard but still fell to Severna Park, 9 to 4. Sophomore Melanie Long scored a run and was 2 for 3. Junior Rachel Noyes added a run off of a walk in the 7th. Freshman Emily Bucknall added a run. Senior Alexis Ring scored a run as well. Michelle Elliott, Abby Cannon, Brandi Dohm, and Anna Arcidiacono all added one rbi. The Seahawks played tough defense and are looking forward to playing the Falcons again.
