Sia helps South River down Great Mills 7-6
Nick Sia went 3-3 at the plate and South River (8-2, 5-2) took home a 7-6 victory over Great Mills in seven innings at SRHS on Friday.He doubled in the third inning and singled in the second and fifth innings. Austin Wright drove in the winning run on a single in the bottom of the 7th.
Reliever Bryan Shores got the win for South River. He allowed one run over three innings. The South River pitcher struck out two, walked two and surrendered one hit.
