The host Seahawks handed the ball to Charlie Hardesty who pitched 6 awesome innings to pace the Seahawks to a 3-2 victory over the visiting Broadneck Bruins. Bryan Shores came in for the 7th inning to pick up the save. Hardesty held the Bruins to 2 runs on 3 hits while striking out two.
The Seahawks offense came around late in the game after being held scoreless until the bottom of the 5th inning. Scott Mitchell singled to right and moved up on a ground ball by Bryan Shores. Joe Scott singled to left advancing Mitchell to 3rd base who then scored on a balk.
Down 2-1 in the 6th, Nick Sia was the hero scoring Jim Frank and Ryan Shoenbauer on a 2-out single to center. The Seahawks finish the regular season at 16-4.
